(not so wordless). There is a Wildlife Sanctuary about 30 minutes from our home where they have rescued wild animals from bad living situation. One lion had been found in a garage in Denver and had been fed only Whiskas cat food. Two wolves were owned by a couple who divorced and the husband hired someone to shoot the wolves to get back at his wife, but the shooter couldn’t do it and brought the wolves to the sanctuary. Many of these WILD animals had been pets until the owners realized that they weren’t really pet material. But now they have a place to live out their lives and plenty of room to roam.
