Violet sure picked up a lot of words and phrases on our trip to Minnesota last week! Of course, at a week shy of 2 years old, it’s pretty typical.
Her latest, however, is one that melts my heart. Whenever she leaves in the morning with Scott to go to his mom’s house, she always waves and says “bye bye, mommy!” but she just started saying “bye bye, mommy – I’ll miss you!”
I’m not sure if she really does, but the fact that she tells me she will makes me feel a little better!
Violet is 1 year, 11 months, 3 weeks and 1 day old.
