We’ve been using Qwest internet and phone for the past five years. In general, we’ve been very happy with them. We’ve never had any phone issues, and we’ve had a couple of internet outages that were brief. I’m very much anti-Comcast because of past experiences with them, so switching to them is NOT an option.
