I drink up to 100 oz of water a day. If two months ago you would have asked me if I would ever drink that much water a day, I would have laughed at you. I have three water bottles that I use regularly: my Vapur bottle, my KOR One bottle, and my Reduce 40 oz bottle. I think perhaps this one might be my favorite.
Reduce Hydration creates all their products with the environment in mind. They have a BPA free guarantee and produce both plastic and stainless steel bottles. Their Water Week 16 and 10 oz bottles are perfect for people who are looking to increase their water intake. Simply take one bottle a day, and refill when you’re done and you have a bottle of water for each day of the work week. This eco-friendly tip helps to keep plastic bottles out of landfills. They even come in their own holder that fits easily inside your refrigerator making it convenient to grab and go! They also come specifically designed for kids. Reduce strives to improve the impact we are making on the Earth by making products that are reusable and help to decrease our carbon footprint on the planet. Their parent company is Base Brands.

I received a 40 oz bottle which has worked out perfectly for me. Drinking one 40 oz bottle of water gives me over half the water that I NEED to drink each day.

They are made of BPA free plastic and come in three colors and designs. My bottle is light blue. I bring it with me almost everywhere.
What do I love? This bottle is 40 oz. This is over half the water I need each day. The bottle is lightweight and attractive. It is also priced at an attractive $6.99, and is BPA free.
What would I change? Not much. The lid is a screw on lid, so sometimes it makes it difficult when I’m in the car and trying to get it open, but I’d hardly call it an inconvenience. It also is too large to fit in my cupholder in the car (but not at the gym).
Buy One: Reduce Everyday products can be purchased on their website. All of their products are very reasonably priced.
Win One: Reduce has graciously offered one lucky Katie Talks About… reader their own 40 oz water bottle!

I learned that the even though the US only has 5% of the world’s population, we consume 30% of the world’s resources and create 30% of the world’s waste. ICK!

I am IN LOVE with “Water Week for Kids.” I learned that these 10oz bottles are BPA free, dishwasher and freezer safe. I am ordering a set so that I can reduce my carbon footprint. Starting tomorrow, I will be sending 3 juice boxes to school. That’s 15 a week; 60 a month! Once these water bottles arrive, no more juice boxes at our house!

I learned that making paper uses more water per ton than any other product in the world, even plastic!
Oops. I was supposed to comment on something I learned about them: All of their products are BPA-free!
