Rainbow Brite is back along with her friends Moonglow and Tickled Pink!
Can you believe it’s been 25 years since Rainbow Brite made her debut on the toy scene? Now the wildly popular doll and her friends are back again to spread their message of courage, kindness and hope. Did you have a Rainbow Brite doll as a little girl? Wouldn’t you love to see your own child have all the fun that you had with a doll of her own?
MomSelect was kind enough to send Violet and I a Moonglow doll. Violet loves to move her arms and play with her hair. Because the toy is for children 3 and up, I have removed the dangerous choking hazards (her wrist bands and boots) so she is more appropriate for a 17 month old. Moonglow is Violet’s very first doll, if you can believe that! With bending knee joints and a cute outfit plus that wonderful blue and purple hair (have I mentioned that Violet can say her colors, including blue and purple?) she’s a must have for your own little girl!
Violet started learning her colors with her cousin’s Rainbow Brite doll which is about 10 years old. These dolls are a great way to help teach your own little ones their colors.

My Barbie dolls were my favorite.
My favorite toy as a child was a stuffed winnie the pooh bear. I still own it as a matter of fact. My girls played with it and now my grandkids are playing with him.
