When I was a little girl, Raggedy Ann and Andy were two of my favorite buddies. Not only did I have the dolls, I also had matching bed sheets and pajamas! My Raggedy Ann and Andy came everywhere with me. As you can tell in the photos below, they were a bit part of my childhood!
Now, thanks to Aurora World, Inc, Raggedy Ann and Andy have made a comeback and are ready to become your child’s favorite buddies! Besides Raggedy Ann and Andy, new Fancy Pals are available too. The 8″, 12″ 16″ and 25″ classic Raggedy Ann or Raggedy Andy rag dolls are: $10, $15, $25 and $35 respectively. The Fancy Pals style — Raggedy Ann Butterfly or Red Ribbon — are 7″ and $17 each. Four highly anticipated holiday styles join the line later this year. The Raggedy Ann “Chilly Chic” and “Santa’s Helper” and Raggedy Andy “Chilly Chic” and “Santa” are 16 inches and SRP is $27.
Violet first saw a Raggedy Ann in an antique store about 2 months ago and had all kinds of questions about her, including could she please have one, so she was thrilled when she received her very own! Despite wearing a Dorothy dress (from Wizard of Oz), she insisted that she was dressed to match her new doll. She’s been a constant companion for the last month or so!

Growing up, my sister had a Ragedy Ann that was around 40in tall. She sat in the larger rocking chair we had in our room and we would have her “read” to us! I would choose the 25in classic Ragedy Andy. I have a smaller set of Ragedy Ann and Andy and then a Larger Ann that were mine growing up that are all waiting for my daugher.
