How do you de-stress?

I posted the other day that a whole bunch of stuff has been stressing me out recently. If it’s not one thing, it’s another. That’s pretty much life, right?

Most of the things I do to de-stress cost money, however, and money is a little bit tight for the time being. I usually like to get a deep tissue massage, a pedicure, or just do some good ol’ retail therapy. Those are sort of out of the question right now (though I do have a cut and color on the calendar for Saturday!). I’ve even checked out partybingo.com a time or two for some mindless distraction.

Now I’m sort of at a loss now. I usually like to go take walks, but the weather is starting to turn cooler which makes it a little less enjoyable (not to mention that most of the gorgeous leaves have fallen off the trees, too). I’ve watched almost every episode of Glee on Netflix, too. And I nap whenever I have a chance. Who wouldn’t?!

What are your favorite ways to relax and de-stress? Bonus points if it’s free or low cost!

I play Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook. Now my mother in law has introduced me to Jigsaw World on there as well. Right now I am watching whatever episodes of CSI Miami that is on Nextflix. I know there is more, but I can’t think of them. :)

    Mindless TV/internet surfing.

There’s also fun time with the kid. We generally walk to the local playground if it’s warm. There’s always the free mall play area, or a fairly cheap jumpy castle place if it’s too cold outside.
