GoGo Juice | Review

As a parent, it’s really important to me to know what my daughter is eating and drinking. I try to avoid juice as much as I can, but I do allow it now and then if it’s watered down. Most of the time she’s perfectly content with “Water ice” (you know, water and ice), but sometimes she does want some juice.

Betty Chen, the founder and CEO of GoGo Juice feels the same way. She wanted to know exactly what her sons were drinking. And, she wanted to be unlike any other juice on the market. That’s why GoGo Juice is made from organic peeled pears.

GoGo Juice doesn’t use any sugars, colorings, or processing aids and uses only organic fruits. The ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) is not made from any corn or soy. The pears are found in only one region of the world.

The company even recommends that the juice be diluted with at least 40% water when serving it to your kids. How many times do you see companies do that? They really understand the importance of cutting sugars (even if they are natural sugars).

The juice is still new, and the sample that we received was from the first batch. Violet has already put away the entire bottle (considering we water it down, that’s pretty good!).

The most important thing to me about GoGo Juice (aside from the fact that their packaging is recyclable and BPA free) is that a mom made this. Moms understand what other moms want and need for their children, and don’t compromise their beliefs or sacrifice for quality. The ingredients are healthy, and the company has the consumer’s best interest in mind.

As for the taste – I tried it not watered down, and it has almost an apple-like flavor. Sweet, but not too sweet.
