1. I can’t remember the last time I made our bed, except to change the sheets. There’s usually one of these fluffy creatures on there making the task pretty much impossible.
2. We don’t eat at the dining room table. It’s actually pretty clean right now.
3. I like baseball. Just a little bit. Oh, and that missing door? It broke when I was moving. THIRTEEN YEARS AGO. I have the replacement glass, but it’s too big and I haven’t gotten around to getting it cut to size. Yeah. I know.
4. I can keep plants alive. I grew this one from a small vine of the original (which I still have) that broke off about 6 years ago. The original plant is still doing great, too, and is about 20 years old.
5. I share my bathtub with a 3 year old, even though she has her own. I’d rather take a bath in my tub than hers, anyway.

It is a great table! I don’t know. We’ve gotten into a bad habit of eating at the sofa and my daughter sits at the coffee table.
I hear ya! We fell into that habit awhile back. We are finally back to the table. It’s great to all sit down together.

Surprisingly I’m able to keep plants alive too. My husband had a cutting from his grandmother’s plant when we met and I’ve nursed that little clipping into a huge plant that has traveled around the country with us. It’s such a nice reminder of his grandmother since she’s no longer with us.
